In light of what is taking place, globally that is (Paris, Istanbul, Florida, Madina, Bangladesh, Nice, Baghdad, California.......) by and on the behest of radical Islamists; and now another military aching to usher in yet another incompetent and corrupt government, the military in Turkey, a nation that seems to be against democratically-elected governments, intent on generating a coup, starting in 1960 once every ten years.

In light of all of that human-produced rubbish, I thought of below two cents of mine, helped to the tune of one of the two cents by buddy Adel, to shed some light into my frying brain.
In regards to the Arab world and its beleaguered people, millions of them caught between their Islamists and their militaries, the overriding question persists: is there a way out of their inferno, is there a path to take them to some measure of a dignified life, to an enlightened existence. Well, here is how Adel and I see it.

Understanding the enemy, five key components:
- The misguided obsession with Islam and its teachings, coupled with the all-day, seven days a week fascination with the life and character of Prophet Mohamed and his successors, the Khalifas.
- The selling of life in favor of the afterlife.
- The ignorant belief that Islam is the only religion to be.
- The insane notion that Islam is the solution, nations cannot develop on a religious ideology.
- The inapplicable strategy that democracy is the solution.
Countering with a colossal effort, with an exhaustive plan that takes risks into consideration and ensures adequate resources is a way. Such plan will have the following two components:
- People making progressive and continuous strides in exulting, in any order, over the value and nobility of:
- work ethics,
- education,
- freedom to act, speak and critically think,
- civility towards and peaceful coexistence with others,
- respect for diversity,
- equality among people of different religions, gender, ethnicities, etc.
- logical perspective,
- writing books, articles, essays, etc.
- art,
- innovation,
- sports, and
- dreaming of a better life.
- South Korea and Singapore, two nations that should provide a reasonable and feasible example. Both success stories, China for a large nation and Singapore for a small one, both
are based on similar principles: - rule of law,
- education,
- regulated freedoms,
- strong central government,
- limited expression of religion, and
- continually monitoring progress, adding growth and security.
Nature, what wonder, what cosmic awe, what precise laws, such harmony in its beauty and complexity, an endless experiment, we understand some of this "ultimate divine", we may never comprehend all, we should never stop trying. me
