What makes for a solid individual, family, community and nation, what ushers in a robust character, a great attitude toward supreme education and refined culture; race, skin color, gender, religion....all have nothing to do with it; it simply has to do with believing in:
- Ethics, as a basic principle,
- Integrity,
- responsibility,
- respect to the laws and rules,
- respect to the rights of other citizens,
- work loving,
- strive for saving and investment,
- will of super action, and
- punctuality.

Simply put, no society can truly flourish if it stifles the dreams and productivity of half its population,its women. Countries that don't use the vast intelligence in women are the least civilized, least prosperous and least democratic.
