In a great Oxford Union Society debate as to violence and religion, Mehdi Hassan points out in a rapid-fire manner, with depth yet simplicity that Islam, true Islam, is no more violent than any other religion when considering extremists of said religions.
In my opinion, religions teach good principles, ethics and morals, and you can get that on your own as well. It is relatively few individuals who are frustrated, angry and hateful due mainly to their ineptness and incompetency in regards dealing with life and its requirements of hard work and tolerance, their being devoid of ideas of their own to answer the needs for development and progress.
